Hi my name is Billingsworth but you can call me Billy. I am a rat terrier something or other. So right now I’m living with 3 other pups that I love and 2 girls ages 10 and 19, once in awhile this really little human comes over but he doesn’t play with me yet he’s only a couple months old. The big humans don’t mind me being around him because I’m pretty calm. I will just go off and play by myself or just find a comfy spot to chill. I like going for walks and chasing a ball. Originally I’m from Texas so I have had to get used to this weather but this thing called snow is really fun to play in. Anyways they say I’m fairly quiet and would be able to live just about anywhere, even an apartment. When my humans leave I go in my kennel. When I need to go potty I will let you know. Personally I am very much a beta pup and a little shy to start but I warm up quickly.

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
